LPG GAS CONVERSIONSAt JD Mototech we can install the latest generation of lpg gas injection systems allowing your petrol vehicle to run on 50p per litre lpg gas. Using Zavoli gas injection equipment our conversions are among the most fuel effiecent on the market and the most reliable injectors money can buy. All conversions consist of full installation of gas tank, electronics and injectors, along side this we colour code the filler assembly to the vehicles original bodywork. Once installed, the system is calibrated on on rolling road dyno to ensure the fuelling is perfect and exhaust emmsions meet current MOT regulations. LPG UPGRADES AND SERVICEWe also offer an upgrade service for existing lpg vehicles to the new zavoli systems, retaining the gas tank, making the switch to a newer system a cheaper alternative to buying a whole new system. |
FLASH LUBE SYSTEM JD Mototech strongly advise the fitment of the FLASH LUBE additive system, without the lubricating effect of petrol in the enignes combustion chamber, lpg gas can cause valve seat regression, requiring the removal of the cylinder head. FLASH LUBE adds a small amount of lubricant during the normal running of the engine making this a problem of the past.
